Another SW developer create an app which collects info from the mobile phone and sends it to a server.
No need of graphical interface.
Current app works for Android ver7. But it doesn't work for Andorid 6 or 8.
The app needs to wake up every x minutes, collects some basic info (e.g. GPS) and send it to a server. Everything works fine, the only problem is that in ver7 and 8 the app stops collecting data after the first attempt.
I need someone who looks the code and fixes this issue by adding a stronger waking signal to send the data every certain minutes.
Battery consumption should be low.
