I worked with developers till now, but I dont want to continue with them, they are so slow, they have delay of 3 months about the milstone and they didnt finish yet.
I need developers for my android - JAVA and for the iOS - Swift 4. they build half of the app, but there are still couple of bugs that need to fix, not critical issue but I cant release the app like that.
I know you will want to start from the beginning to build the app, but I dont want to, so if you wanna do this please do not send a bid.
The current reauirements:
1) build the rest of the app, it means like 10-20 screens easy functionality and logic, because all the complex things were already built.
2) Add couple of features like send from user to user things through the app (like how you find the user)
3) Server, need to build the backend like password process, login, etc. on AWS
4) I want something for long term, because I have a lot of things to add, but in stages, after Ill realease that build I could start to add new features.
5) In app purchase
6) Make the app in another language RTL, after we will finish it in English.
7) The app also will sit on tablet/iPAD
8) Require admin panel
NOTE: I pay only fixed price, so if you dont work like that Im sorry.
