Business ability to create push notification(lighting deals) to user's by user profile interests, from the list of customer that last visited business in last x days, and users that marked business as favorite. send to users in Geofencing radius specified by business
Past customer that visited business- Able to track when user visits business page and when/if they are 100 feet from business for over 2 minutes, tracks as user visit to business.
Business internal account credit system
Able to transact Credit card transactions from business to company
Deals auto expire on expiration date and time, move to expired deals under user profile
Events
Ability to mass import events, Events template
For every event, have a forum for users to interact

Events forums and business forums not part of local forums
Ability to have user save events to user profile saved events
Ability for users to create and manage events
Ability for the user to search for events by category
Ability to assign moderators to manage events forums- edit/delete topics and comments
Local Forum
Auto filter to correct city forum by profile location.
If I specific zip that corresponds to Tucson, go to CL\Tucson forum. topics created for tucson to be created under CL\Tucson\new_topic
Users able to have create new forum topics, comment on topics, and follow
When followed, send in app notification to users on a daily basis.
Ability for users to create polls in forum topic and lets users vote and comment
Ability to assign moderators to manage forums - edit/delete topics and comments
