Anyone can download the app but only non US residents can play. It would allow people to create account, fund their account, play the game and make payments using their debit or credit card. I will charge a small fee for the service of purchasing the ticket for players. App UI: similar interface as in the app Jackpocket The only difference is that out of all the games in jackpocket, you are building just 2 namely; Mega Million and Powerball. This app can be downloaded by any android user through google play or through website link. The game cannot be played by US residents. Users can sign up, create account, fund their account using credit, debit or gift cards. Users will purchase tickets and play the lottery games for a small fee for the service. Players can select their own numbers or use the auto pick to play according to the rules of the game. Game tickets purchased will be uploaded dirrectly to the players account to see. Winings will be paid using the rules set by the official lottery
