Android app - online/offline map with pointinfo in SQLite

We need an Android version of our iPhone app which works online and offline. We will provide SQLite Database with the relevant point info. The database downloads JSON objects to update its information.
We will provide screenshots of the iphone version which details the way the functions are detailed in screens throughout the application. We will provide all artwork in the necessary format, the data in a SQLite database, and JSON objects to test the update functionality.
Filtering for display on the database is LatLon-coordinates,Town,Date.
