Custom Intro and Outro video designed

I have 3 company Logo's that I will need to have custom Intro and Outro Videos designed for our online videos/reviews that we make. We are a scuba diving oriented company, so the intro's would likely need to be scuba or water themed. The 2 logos would be as follows:
1) Bluewater Travel
-A Intro: For the Bluewater Travel, our brand has a wave within it, so I would love for the wave to become animated and actually move somehow, maybe in a swirling motion or something :)
-B Outro: For the outro video, there would be a few different texts of information that would pop up. We would want to state the following:
- Have our 3 different logos appear on the page (Bluewater Travel, Bluewater Photo, Underwater Photography Guide) and then our slogan Learn - Shoot - Explore appear under that. A logo is attached for an example.
- Let our expert advisors plan and book your personal "dream vacation"
- You will never pay more when booking with Bluewater Travel.
- Run by divers, for divers.
And then provide easy to read 'contact us' details.
2) Bluewater Photo
-A: Intro: This would be the same intro as our Bluewater Travel one, but just with the Photo text
-B: Outro: There would be a few texts of information shown here as well.

- The most knowledgeable staff
- Leaders in underwater photography education.
And then provide our easy to ready 'contact us' details
3) The second brand is the Underwater Photography Guide. You'll see the logo attached. Personally I think it would be really cool if the diver within the logo came swimming through the screen somehow, but I may leave that up to you and how easy/hard that would be :) The Outro would be more simple than the others, with just showing all 3 of the logos and stating the 'learn shoot explore' slogan under it.

Well, I could make a minimal wave animatiton to flush the logo away or bring it in. And I could make diver move and swim and then take a photo. And logo appear with a photo flash.
