16 Designs required, can you help?

The aim of this project is to create 13 t-shirt designs and 3 logos. Rough pencil designs have been created however I need these creating in either Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop. The designs are straight forward and are a combination of text and graphics. The colours for each element will be indicated on the designs themselves.
Once the designs have been created I would require the editable version along with the final copy of the image. Payment per milestone can be negotiated but this is dependent on the bidding values that I receive to produces these images. I am currently thinking that a milestone would be placed after every 4th design completed but this is not set in stone.
