Setting up double VPN (Client > Server A > Mullvad)

I would like to setup a wireguard VPN server on Linux Debian 11 from a cloud provider and at the same time being a client of Mullvad. I still need to be able to access the server using SSH.
At the end, a client (Mikrotik) will be connected to the first server and the traffic of the wireguard clients (and only) will be passed to the Mullvad VPN server.
At the end I need a guide on how you did this with command lines.
