help troubleshoot interspire and pmta

I need someone to help me trouble shoot this issue within the next hour or so. There are 2 issues, one for some reason interspire isnt sending out test emails from the connected pmta servers, and sid issue, is on the pmta servers i cant get the web monitor to work. Only serious inquires and should have time with in the next hour to fix this.
