I need someone to configure my email server. It must be very simple but I do not know how to do it. Currently I get this error "550-No Such User Here 550 Sender verify failed"

When I send an email from my server to hotmail, it bounces me; when I send to another domain I also reboot it, and gmail receives it but fails to identify the sender.

And from my email box, from my server, I do not directly receive the emails.
