We have a contract with an Indian web/app development company. Our contractor has critical breach in the contract as they failed in the project delivery;

Briefly, the project deadline is due, while they had already been paid.

Currently, we've dealt to renew the process but we are looking for an Indian law firm/lawyer to renovate the contract terms in better format to avoid previous arbitration and replace it with a faster way of retrieving losses in case of any new breach in contract.
