Configure Gitlab CI/CD

I need someone who has commercial experience setting up the DevOps services in Gitlab using the Ci/CD functionality. Basically this is what I wanted done when a branch is merged into master in the repository.
1. BUILD
Automatically build a LAMP enviroment on the Gitlab server and upload the web application files and update the MySQL database. On this is checked/verified and passed, proceed to next step.
2. TEST
Automatically run the PHPUnit tests available on the web application. On this is checked/verified and passed, proceed to next step.
3. DEPLOY
Automatically deploy the files to an existing remote STAGING site on a shared hosting server on WebHostFace. It should also update the database with any table or column changes.
There should also be an option to manually deploy the same web application files and update the database to the remote PRODUCTION site.
