This is a part-time position with at least 2hr/day commitment, with daily chats and weekly calls to align.
I need to develop a very specific control panel with the ability to tag images. I will setup main projects and I need someone to work with me on the boring stuff: access rights, validators, checking user input, cruds, cronjobs for checking and re-checking, to test and fix minor issues
This is a multi-tenant, multi-company, multiple-accounts permission-based system.
Everything will be configurable within the control panel: companies, projects, image sets/sources, validators...
Technologies: PHP/Yii1, Mysql, Javascript (vanila+jQuery) on ubuntu linux server utilizing amazon S3

Experience with Yii and Amazon services is mandatory.
Need somebody skilled enough to spend few hours/day in order to complete this within a month (with the working version in 2 weeks). This is a long-term position and development and maintenance of the panel will be continued for months.
