I need a site that will allow users to generate pages (or postings). I want these postings to be limited by access that is granted by winning a bid. the bidding will create a prioritized list of subscribers. Subscriber #1 will have the ability to view the post for 24 hours before the post get's released to user #2. At this point the post will be view able by user #1 and user #2. After another 24 hours, the post will open up to user #3, making the total viewer access, #1,2, and 3. After the post has exhausted all users that have bid on having access, the post will become public, and will move to the #1 featured post on the publicly available page. whenever a user gains access to the page they have subscribed to, I would like them to be able to receive an email. This may sound confusing, but I have defined requirements already created.
