front end bug fix for Apple Safari

I have a page where people can buy tickets and pay via credit card and PayPal.
it works fine in must devices and browsers (chrome, etc).
however, on apple products like iPad with Safari, when you click the payment button, nothing happens

see attached. so when you click PayPal button, it should expand to show more details. but nothing happens.
I need front end guy to fix it.
. obviously you need to have iPad first to replicate issue.
it works fine on responsinator.
