Experienced UI and UX designer for the Web site

I am looking for very experienced UX designer to drive the redesign of the existing Web site (and potentially mobile apps) based on lessons learned from the current users, starting with the proposal, going through wireframes, testing with the user group and finishing with the high fidelity designs.
You might have to comply with the existing design code (colors, styles, fonts) or make changes that would not make new and old parts of the site look disconnected.
Plus: the ability to work with the frontend engineering to produce HTML/CSS code, rather than PSDs
