Angular project migrate to another computer

I have an angular(4) project on my laptop that works just fine. Now I want to put it on my computer.
The project is also using npm ,ng-boostrap, and jquery.
On my Computer I have nothing Installed So you have to install all the requirements in teamviewer and after that make sure everything works(Idealy the project would also have the latest version installed but no update.
