Create a comment form element with jQuery

I'm looking for a developer to create a commenting system written in JavaScript using jQuery and jQuery UI. I'm not requesting a complete commenting system, only the client side (JavaScript) code.

A comment field should be shown with the 'add picture', 'add video' and 'add link' options. Adding a picture should be simplified by directly showing a file upload dialog. Adding a video should request a YouTube URL using a simple dialog. The other options for adding a picture or video are not needed.

The comment field should look and work like that of Google+. The more elaborate features, like sharing with specific friends, are not needed. Posting the comment and changing options can be done with simple form posts. Using ajax for this is not required (or wanted). **This project is only to develop the comment form field, not a whole commenting system and not Google+ itself.

The comment field should be small by default and become larger and show all option on focus (just like Google+). When typing a message the size of the box should increate automatically.

When adding a link, the meta description should be shown. Also the user should be able to pick one of the images of the page. The client should request this information with ajax and will receive json. The server side code to get this information will be supplied and doesn't need to be developed as part of this project.
