CKEditor: Customized dropdown in toolbar & image upload

I have integrated CK Editor in a Web application. I don't want to spend too much time in getting familiar and configuring the Editor to my needs, therefore I want to outsource the following tasks:
- I need a customized dropdown field in the toolbar, from which the user can select an autotext field. After selecting an option a certain code snippet shall be inserted in the Editor at the text cursor position.
E.g. if the user selects "First name" -> "[1st_name]" shall be inserted into the text
- For integrating images in CKEditor, the user shall only have the possibility to select an image from the loacl file system, i.e. a file upload dialog shall be available. I don't need the feature to select an image from any server location.
I have integrated CK Editor via
