Application to download email expense receipts and store them on a file

Hi there,
I need an application to download email receipts from my email account.
THE PROCESS IS:
1.- I purchase stuff with a credit card
2.- Each bank emails an "expense receipt" to my email address
WHAT I NEED THE APPLICATION TO DO:
1.- Log into my email address
2.- Download the "expense receipts"
3.- Parse each "expense receipt" and identify "credit card", "expense", "amount", "date"
4.- Store that information into a file. If possible, a QIF file to be used by QUICKEN application
5.- Another possibility is to store that information into a database, and provide a monthly summary of the expensed amounts.
PHASE I of the application
1.- Download emails, parse them and inform a monthly amount expensed for each credit card
PHASE II
2.- Identify categories of expense and update the QIF file accordingly. (as in the attached powerpoint)
I'm using a MAC computer. Consider the project must run on MAC (such as JAVA)
