Android Exchange Sync App/Widget (repost)

I am looking for a software developer to write an Android app that will be published on the Android Market.

The primary purpose of the app will be to sync Exchange folders between the phone and Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 & 2010 via Activesync.

This app should be very user friendly and be able to be used by individuals with little to no technical background. The app will also be accompanied by a widget that can interact with the user's home screens.

I will provide a list of features and visuals that I would like to be included in the app/widgets. You may include any other features as you see fit but must be approved by me first. I am also able to provide exchange environments for testing purposes.

I reward programmers for their creativity and bug free programming with bonuses and/or additional project work.
