Fix Mobile App issue

We have an App facing a problem with uploading photos from the gallery or the phone. It quicks out the app. Also, Filling a form we have an option on a pop up screen to select from a list, this is not working right since the list are offset and it can be selected.
finally we just implemented a report section, all the data is displayed fine but we need to generate the report in csv.
Project is in Ionic with Cordova, I have it in testflight so you can see the issues. I can send you the invitation.
Also have the sources of the app and backend. Available in ftp server.
