Help me with Marketing

I am in need of a virtual assistant, who can write articles for me in Spanish and English. We are looking for someone who is fluent in both these languages and knows about online marketing. Article topics may vary from time to time and the number of articles per week, will also vary.
Sometimes we may need you to build links to our site or work on other SEO strategies, so someone who has experience in this, is also valued.
At the moment we only need between one hour and three hours of work per week. Estimating that a 500 word article, takes around one hour to write, so please bid appropriately and according to this.
