Whack A Mole Graphic

I am looking for a graphic designer to create a cartoon-style graphic inspired by the Whack A Mole arcade game and our dogs named Waka and Mole. Looking for someone to create a dopey and hilarious cartoon version of these two dogs as if they were the arcade game.
Waka is the blonde dog and 10 months old
Mole is black and tan and the older brother who we say is the “Dos Equis Man” in dog form.
-Waka is part Boxer and uses his paws to bop Mole on a frequent. Use the photo of Waka "bopping" Mole as the inspiration for this graphic.
-Waka has a super dopey face with a long tongue and he looks like he's just waiting for the exact right moment to pounce with his paw (See inspo photo attached)
-Mole should also look dopey and like he's maybe annoyed but its all fun and games and kind of silly.
-Please include the title of Waka Mole" in the graphic.
-Please make the theme Mexican in nature. We live in Baja and is preferred to have some Mexican elements as part of their characters The ideal candidate should have experience in creating cartoon graphics and be able to work with the specified color palette.
Color Palette:
- Blues
- Oranges
- Pink
- Yellow
The graphics should be in a large size, suitable for posters and banners. The final deliverable should be a high-quality image file that can be easily resized and used in various promotional materials.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating cartoon-style graphics
- Proficiency in using graphic design software
- Ability to work with specified color palettes
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
