Help with css

I need to finish a website and need help from a css/js specialist. I have a few very specific missions, including making the main menu sticky, creating a responsive grid of same ratio items, fixing a carousel in responsive, etc. Source code and css should be sent to me, I will not provide ftp access. Ideally we should work on Skype for example or on chat here.
