Ionic 1 Project - Help with CSS on Intro screens of our app

We have an app with 5 intro screens.

These screens each have:

A background image

An inline image

A text element

A button

And bread crumbs

Everything has been developed but we are running into issues on different screen sizes / devices where the positioning of the elements isn't quite perfect across all devices and screen sizes.

The client is adement that it needs to be consistent across all devices.

Please message me if you can help.

Again everything has been developed, the screens exist, all the functionality required is completed, it's just the positioning of the elements / CSS we require assistance with.
