Frontend HTML programming

We need a front-end HTML programmor to repair our site.
You can pull the "View Source" of the pages from the existing site, and simply build new static .html files out of them.
Once they are fixed, I would also like to have them uploaded in to a new WordPress site I am migrating to, please see [login to view URL] . So, you can provide a separate quote for this if desired.
The WordPress portion is simple. You will fix into the new WordPress site as I already have a back-end developer coding our site functionality there at topspynews. WordPress experience is not a requirement, however if you are fluent with WordPress and have some suggestions regarding the front-end.
The main problem is that the site renders differently on different platforms, browsers, and resolutions. I have found things like missing div tags as well as HTML and CSS that are not compliant with the specs. You can give us an overall assessment of the site, however we are not looking to entirely redesign it but simply trying to repair it at this point.
There could also be potential for additional work that I can provide specifications for later, based on how well this project goes.
