I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built.
A tasklist program
Unit and integration testing needs to be delivered
Core business logic impl exists along with JUNIT tests (min 60% coverage), probably will require further development
Requires gui build, initial impl available or roll your own, need experience of one the fly re-drawing of elements and keeping visible data in sync with business model
Requires correct db connectivity, creation of databases, integrity maintenance of data model
Comprehensive testing impl needed for both GUI and DB
All code needs to be version controlled and available for review
Will need to discuss the creation of hooks for future upgrades to app along certain capabilities to increase market space
