Recreate Animated Banner Ads in Photoshop - Fast!

I need to have several ads recreated from their current flat format to be layered Photoshop documents. 3 of the ads are animated GIFS, and you will need to prepare frame animation using Photoshop's Timeline tool. If you don't know what that is, please do not place a bid.
The font used is Mission Gothic, available free.
