INTRODUCTION:
The website is a real estate website. We will be posting our houses for sale and for rent plus plots for sale. The company has some properties that we lease and sell. I am giving this information so that the developer may know what the site should be about and the best way to develop it. The design here is very crucial.
The website should have the following functionalities:
1. The site should have the home page, about us page, contact us page, privacy policy, terms and conditions. The Home page should display the items on sale. Mostly our houses that are for sale.
2. The site should have the admin panel where we can enter items by category. This is where we can enter houses for sale, for rent and so on. It should have the option of adding the item’s pictures as many as possible. On the category, the developed should give the option to enter the category by ourselves.
3. The site should have cookies as well.
4. The site will be hosted on linux servers. I want the language to be PHP.
5. The developer must also design the company logo.
6. I want the developer to be creative with the background and the design.
7. The users should be able to comment on the items posted where we can reply to them.
8. I want to have a live chat as well. I suggest tawk.to. This can be embedded into all the pages as well.
9. I will also provide the developed with Google analytics code to be embedded in the site.
10. Please make sure you do good SEO as well so that the site can be visible on search engines.
11. Social media accounts will be linked to the site. I am talking about Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc at the footer.
