I need to Edit 2 .AI Files

Hello there.. I have a project that is really two different projects.
1. I have an .ai file that I need to edit the top word, right now is says INSURANCE and i need to make it sat SUPER instead. The words on the bottom will probably need to be adjusted as well. No other changes, the U is recycled.
2. I have purchased a .ai file from [login to view URL] and i like the image but it does not have any text with it. I need to select a good font for the brand name and then find the right way to lay out the text. I would like to see a bunch of options in one time so that we can finish this quickly, and the fonts should be legally used - i need to make sure i dont get sued- so i will need proof of that. I would like one version of the logo with the text on bottom and one on the side, so that way we dont have to make the decisions and when we have the right font it will be quick to finalize.
