Improve my logo

I have a logo designed up myself (I'm a photoshop noob!) I just need it improving, I need it to be in vector format, also I need a copy of it so it can be universally used on my website, work clothing etc at would should be a standard size for logo's, IE the dpi settings etc. Please Help!
