We are a design agency and are looking to outsource small design work to a freelance designer. For this job, you can work anywhere in the world as long as you are available 7 days of the week in some capacity. We would prefer that you work from 9am to 8pm Sydney, Australia time. The budget you see is the monthly pay that we will provide to you for this role, however, we will set weekly milestone and pay you weekly. The weekly pay calculation is "Monthly pay x 12 / 52" to get weekly pay amount.
We have a small client base so you will be required to work directly with our client and to complete the tasks they request. We will also have an account management team working with you to ensure the client is happy.
You are free to run other business and jobs on your spare time, as long as you can deliver the work, you are free to do anything you wish.

- You are not exclusively working for us, you are free to continue to work as a freelancer. As long as you deliver, you can do whatever you wish during your down time
I am looking to outsource smaller design jobs such as:
- logo design
- advertising banners
- Facebook header, banners
- Memes
- Infographics
- Presentation templates
- Business cards
- Poster / Flyer / Brouchers
- Background removal for product images
- Small photoshop editing jobs
- Webdesign
- branding / creative
- Illustrations
I require a designer that has vision and can turn work around very quickly. You can work remotely and there are no time restrictions, we only require that a minimum of 150 design jobs to be completed with unlimited revisions.
For you to win this job:
- You have the latest version of the suite of Adobe programs (Photoshop, illustrator)
- You can work on multiple jobs concurrently and turn them around within 1 business day of receiving the request. This is subject to complexity of the design
- If the work is simple enough, YOU MUST DELIVER WORK WITHIN SAME BUSINESS DAY. This goes for revisions as well
- You can communicate in perfect English and understand a creative brief written by a sales or marketing person. You can also double as an account manager to discuss design work with the end client
- You can perform a minimum of 150 design request in one month
- This equates to 5 - 8 jobs / day
- You can multi-task and work for multiple clients at one go
- You have a strong proven background in design and have a proven portfolio of quality work
- You can provide unlimited revision to all your design work
- You can work to a strict deadline and will never miss it
- You can provide all the work and its source file when completed
- All work you do with us is our intellectual property, you are not permitted to reuse, resell or display it in any way without our prior written consent.
- You will be able to respond quickly and efficiently
- You will be able to work 7 days a week and respond between 9am to 8pm Sydney, Australia time.
