Beginners are definitely welcome, much preferred honestly as the pay will be based on sales.
Something like Commission-based at first, since I am still starting out.

I will give a link of examples of the work of someone as your reference to what designs I would prefer. Anyone who's into or aware of K-POP is a plus.
This is risky since you will be designing without guarantee of sales, but as long as the designs are good, we have a chance of having sales. A risky offer, but has a bigger opportunity if the business would do well.
