I'm offering a person or web development company a 5% equity stake in my start-up to build me a website and app. The business I'm creating has enormous potential and we're partners with the largest North American retailer space manager in the U.S.
After 3 months of operation we will likely be acquired my Yahoo, Apple, or a major advertising agency. At this point we will pay be paid $1,000,000 U.S.D. for your trust, diligence, and loyalty and then our agreement is done. We will pay for your flight, hotel, travel expenses, and everything you'll need to come to America 3 months after our launch if you wish to meet everyone and sign legal documents.
In the meantime, one month after we launch you will begin receiving monthly payments of $5,000 until we sell our business. Don't worry, you will see all the sales numbers because you will have access to the website and be our on call lead developer for the first 3 months.
This is a once in a life time chance. I have all the mock-ups and I can tell you exactly how to make the website and app, and create the screen shots. You should complete the website in less than one month and app in 2 weeks, or make them side by side, which might help. We want to launch in June.
