We are a health company from Chile, we want a folder design (letter size) to deliver a DVD, photos and medical report of ultrasounds. We want the folder to have a modern look, with the use of iconic images of technology and health staff delivering a warm attention to people, we are not a clinic we are a day to day health center. We also recieve new ideas of the folder, it could be more abstract but the idea is to give a modern and warm look. Our corporative colours are green and blue. In the front page it should have the info of the exams that we do "Ecografias gineco-obstetricas, Ecografia mamarias, Ecografía doppler, Ecografia partes blandas, Ecografia abdominal, Densitometría Ósea, Examenes de laboratorio".
