I am looking for a website similar to YouTube. Users will have to Log In (create an account (detailed) or connect by Facebook). If they don’t log in, they can’t do anything. Plus, even if they log in, they cannot upload videos. Only allowed members will be able to upload some videos (See Allowed members section). A timer, which indicate the time before the draw, must be on the connection page and on the main page.
The draw system must be based on all the time the users spend watching video during the current week. They will receive 1 ticket for each 60 seconds of video. Example: I watched 60s of videos, I got 1 ticket, 120s give 2 tickets, and 180s give 3 tickets and so on. At the end of the week the counter restart to 0. Each ticket will add 0.005$ to the jackpot. The jackpot can be seen by everyone even if they don’t have an account.
Allowed members must be able to see how many views they got on each video (per week and overall) counters per week restart after the draw. Plus, allowed member must automatically receive an invoice based on the number of views they got during the week. We charge 0.01$ per 60s starting at 0.001$ for 6s. We cumulate time from each videos. They have 20 days to pay the bill or their account will be suspended until they pay it.
The website must absolutely have an Anti-bot system.
Finally, the website must be user friendly (Top Priority), only available in Quebec (Canada), in Pentone 2019’s color (and white), and easy to use on mobiles.
