Hi i have a website that needs designing and coding into wordpress the site is to be around 10 pages in size, it will need to be responsive and in wordpress and also be seo friendly this must be a custom design not a template.

total time to build the site is 3 weeks, budget is around $300 for the project.

i will not do milestone payments of choose a winning bidder until i have seen a mock up and confirmed coding ability.
