I'm looking for an artist to decorate and "dress up" our library for Book-Week 2017. The theme this year is "Escape to everywhere" so, I'm hoping to have a banner at the entrance and displays (using books and other materials) throughout the library. Essentially, it is difficult to describe, but I'd like the library to look notably different to what it does on a day to day basis.
