Creating a professional looking Word CV template for codeFORCES.

Attached is a PDF that contains the wireframes showing the idea that the CV template should comply to. It should be noted that this CV template is not a ‘Personal’ CV but a ‘Consultant’ CV. (So many personal contact details are not needed.). The wireframes are a ‘guidance’. They do not have to be strictly followed.
The most important part of the template is the usability. It must be very easy for editing by the Consultants and the Sales for fine tuning of the content to an opportunity. This happens more frequent that for a permanent job applications. Adding or removing the content (i.e. Work experience or Skills) should not impact the look & feel of the template. Easy text flow to be supported.
The bars object attached to a skills (aka 1..5 representation) should be easy for edit. Alternatives welcome.
The template must be created using Microsoft Word, so relevant good expertise is simply recommended.
