Build Ecommerce Website + Esites for Sale Reps (Multistore)

Looking for a developer or company that can design an ecommerce website like www.avon.com. I also want to have sales representatives who can each have their own customized e-site just as Avon company does with their sales reps.
The sales reps login into their portal just like [login to view URL] has one. I need that same functionality so sale reps can customize their sites based on the parent site www.avon.com.
The master website will sell all products whilst each sale representative will each have a copy of the masterstore where they can select which products from the master store they want to sell and also choose which default currency they want to use and only the master store admin can adjust the prices on each sale rep estore.
The admin from the Master store has to be able to track each sale generated from every sale rep store. All payments will be processed using master store payment gateway as well as fulfillment and shipping. Its basically designed like a multistore where all inventory, orders and payments are synced on the master store dashboard.
