Build a countdowner with code for escape game

We need to build a countdowner to show on a big screen for a escape game that will be shown on a conference big screen. The countdowner should count down from a specified time choosen by us. Several teams will be competing to get the correct "codes" to disarm the "countdowner" and finish the game. Once the team has entered the correct "user name" together with 3 color coded numbers (ex orange field, green field, blue field) the team will be shown in a "top list" in the right margin showing team name and time when finished.
This program should be playable on PC computer.
Timeline: Needs to be finished within 1 week from now.
The design should be made by freelancer so you also need to be good on this.
We want to be able to add "audio and soundtracks" in a timeline for the time countdowner, ex: at 25 minutes in from start a specific audio track should start playing. This part needs to be able to be edited by ourselves in a back-end and then saved for different games aswell as time and codes etc...
