Move and Redesign Our Current website

We like the overall design of our current website, but have been told it should be a little cleaner by not have so much noise on it. So we would like someone to basically take what we currently have and give it a facelift for a reasonable cost. It does have a CMS but we are not really too please with it and would be happy with a better, more user friendly 3rd Party solution. The front of the site can look cleaner and we have a new logo that we would like to use with it.
If you are strong designer with great PHP/MySQL skills, please let me know and I would be happy to consider you for this project. The turnaround time is about two week because we would like it done and moved by at least September 23rd. You are free to recommend what tabs should and can be removed in order to save time on design.
If we feel you qualify for this project based on your work history and portfolio, we will send you link to our site as well as links to sites we like that can be used as model for conversion.
