I need somebody to build me a secure website. You can do it however you want. I will be running it off of godaddy. I need an OTPAuth secured chat. Everybody has their own username and has to type in their OTP to get into the chat. That is all I need. You can do this however you want.

It does not need to look good. It can have any extremities you so desire or none at all. Bare minimum is okay.
