This was built on Wordpress and not very happy with the outcome, it appears dull and whatever anyone says, wordpress lacks the functionality for a captivating and compelling user experience for this kind of website.
We would like to start again on a different CMS.
The website should look sharp and attractive, follow our colour scheme of yellow, blue and silver, be easy for our staff to upload properties and have a blog/ news feature also which is displayed nicely. If you check [login to view URL] you will see the way the blog is laid out, very dull and not interesting, blog posts in galleries with receptive related posts should be used.
This is not a MLS, we upload the properties by ourselves, but we should be able to upload properties with custom fields, such as construction completion, sate available etc.
We also need to be able to have a google map of the property location on the property details page.
Home page needs to be very catchy, modern and no empty/ dead space. Please do check ncmaxworld.com.
We can always discuss this further about the specifics.
We also need SEO, which could be integrated into the webdesign or a separate job.
