Buttons needed to be created

I need the following button created:

(Their subscribe button). I've also attached a screenshot of it (and circled) so we both know which one)

- I need to have this same button, but the image behind it must be done in illustrator using vectors so that I can resize it for buttons in the future.

- The text is put on the button using <div> tags and would need to have the same look and feel (which would require some CSS)

So the finished project should have this button, with the html, any css code and the background image, PLUS the vector image.
