Flash Menu Programming required

Hello flash programmers,

I need a simple flash menu that does more or less the following as the rotating images do here:

1. images plus shadows rotate left-right on an invisible ellipse (react on mouseenter).

2. mouseover lets image grow (plus image change)

3. click makes page selection.

The whole menu is integrated into a regular php/html page, no extra flash functionality required (as the many things this linked website does).

Since I do only lingo but no actionscript, I estimated the amount of time for a experienced programmer to 2hrs. any feedback welcome!
