Japan-Focused Facebook Marketing for Retail

I'm looking for a skilled Facebook Marketing expert, with a deep understanding of the Japanese market, to spearhead a tailored campaign for my retail business.
This project has 3 main objectives:
- to find direct sales / MLM Leaders to launch our Social Commerce AI Platform in Japan
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong social media management knowledge, Facebook advertising in particular.
- Have knowledge and experience in the retail sector, preferably in Japan.
- Proven track record of driving sales through social media campaigns.
- Experience in leadership recruitment via social commerce platforms would be an advantage.
