i have 2 sheet
project sheet : projects which include A column = project names and B column = task status
task sheet: A column = task name, B column = project name, C column = task status( True, False)
i used this formula ( if the project Sheet A column = tasks Sheet B column then copy the tasks sheet Column C and paste it in project sheet B column.
=VLOOKUP(A2,Sheet2!$B$2:$C$100,2,0)
i need when i add any more task in tasks sheet and connected to a project and the task status false it have to copy it to the same cell in project sheet as false even if i have 3 task for the same project is true and the 4th is false it have to show false in project sheet
example
Tasks Sheet A1= fix water pump, B1 = Water Project, C1= True
Tasks Sheet A2= cut water, B2 = Water Project, C2= True
Tasks Sheet A3= buy new pump, B3 = Water Project, C3= False
Then Project Sheet in task status for the Water Project should be False because on of the task is false but if they all was true then the task status should be true
2nd: i need in the tasks sheet C column(task status) to be changed between true and false according to the D Column (task date) if the task date <= today date then C column should be false by default if the task date > today date then task status should be True
