Excel Drop Downs and Truncating

I have a quick and easy project I need some assistance with. I have attached an example of the data and what I'm looking for. The yellow columns in Sheet2 are what I'm looking to automate.
I want to populate drop down boxes in column D on Sheet 2 with the rows from Sheet1. For example, I want D2 on Sheet2 to have the data from row 2 (2017) to be in the drop down box. I mocked it up on the sample, but I need to be able to do this across ~500 rows so I want it to automatically make a drop down based off of matching columns A in Sheet1 and Sheet2.
Then I would like it to break out the result across columns E-H as I mocked up in Sheet2.
Hopefully this is quick and easy for someone that is good at this stuff. I want it to be easily expandable so I can self serve on the additional rows. Looking for someone that is online now so they can ask questions and could do this right away. Thanks.
